Working with the Trophy Chair representative the artist will create breed artwork from club supplied photos incorporating the show theme  into a Composite Painting or series of Paintings  to reflect the desired type for the breed and the character of the breed and atributes that make your breed special to their owners.

 

Once a budget is established we will create a recommendation for the type of awards that could be provided working within the time frame allowed.  Original art can be used as the High end awards or to raise funds at the club auction.  Limited Edition Prints for the first place awards.  We have available through our vendors other products that can incorporate the art work such as Ceramic Tiles, Tee Shirts, Mugs, note cards, jewelry, Throws and a large variety at reasonable costs.  Click this link to see samples of products for your special classes and regular class awards.

Our vendors will produce these items in a professional and timely manner using the artwork provided by the Studio.   A standard Package recommendation 

 

We recommend 6 months advanced planning to prepare art for final approval so pre-planning and follow up with the club is critical to insure all trophies arrive on time and intact at least a month prior to the show.   All contracts and committments are done via emails to insure all participants are in agreement.  We will work with the club  to present proposals and a simple contract to the Board  of Directors or Trophy Chairperson for approvals.  Van Loan Studios is knowledgeable about AKC requirements for trophy value and how the awards are presented in the premium list and most of all we have the ability to see that all trophies arrive in a timely manner to avoid any AKC penalties and allow for a successful and stress free Specialty.
